Attempting to download Mozilla’s Lightbeam Firefox tool: only my Adobe Dreamweaver program opens instead-no Lightbeam program!

The Mozill Lightbeam Firefox Tool did download into my download file correctly. When I open the Lightbeam download the only thing that happens is that my Adobe Dreamweaver program opens with the Mac spinning "ball" continuously spinning until I force quit the Dreamweaver program. What is not functioning properly in this download process?

Lightbeam for Firefox installs directly into Firefox as an extension, there's no "download" per se.
