We suggest version 19.0.2
Put 19.0.2 on 2 machines and still crashing when i lock the computer.
We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing when you open it. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.
- Press the following shortcut to get a Run window: [Windows] + [R]. This should bring up a window that contains a text field.
- In that text field, enter %APPDATA% and press Enter. An explorer window should open.
- From that explorer window, double-click on the Mozilla folder, then double-click on Firefox and then on Crash reports. Double-click on submitted.
- Now, you should see a list of files that contain reports. Go to View > Arrange Icons by > Modified to get the most recent files at the top of the window.
- Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs.
- Paste each ID with bp- into the reply window on the forums.
Thanks in advance!
You can find more information and troubleshooting steps in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
I can not submit it straight to you. can i copy it and paste to a reply window here on this computer.
Please copy and paste the ids here.
Opened up the last 2 crashes and here is what i have for them. 1364245138 1364958532
Those are not crash reports. Please copy the whole crash report id or review the instructions provided.
What I have are .dmp and .extra files beleive this is due to not being able to send the reports to you. Not able to conect to the intranet. But i will not be able to send you those today. I need to scrub the documents first.
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more crash reports that have this format:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

If you can't open Firefox then see:
due to the nature of our network and unable to read the text in the crash log i was unable to send them to you. But 17.04 does work and does not crash when you cntrl alt del and lock the screen. Thanks for your help.
Seemingly that you are still able to open Firefox, with the fact that it's just crashing when you go to lock your screen, go to "about:crashes" without quotes in the URL bar and provide us with crash id's that way.
