I was trying reset firefox, reinstall firefox, reinstall flash, disable hardware acceleration, the last one was successful but the quality of picture was terrible so i'm looking for other solutions. I was trying with enable HTML5 in youtube, but firefox isn't ready for this.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

You can also try to disable hardware acceleration in the Flash player and disable protected mode in the Flash player
