Hi goldteck, Firefox is a web browser. It displays the content of existing sites. Things like email or page contents come from the content provider. Who is your email provider? All you have to do is go to the url of you email provider and enter your user credentials. If you are having issues doing this, you'll probably have better luck consulting their help documentation.
