In Vista, Firefox is either minimized or maximized, never in between.

Running Vista. Invoke Firefox. Firefox screen is either minimized or maximized. It won't allow doing the in between display. If I click on the double squares, it minimizes the display.

Check and tell if its working.

The problem continues in Safe Mode. Will do additional troubleshooting in hopes of isolating the problem.

Create a New Profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

-> Basic Troubleshooting - Make a New Profile

IF that New Profile works then you can recover your Bookmarks and Passwords from the Old Profile.

-> Restore bookmarks, passwords and data from an old Firefox profile

Check and tell if its working.

I reset the profile and the problem disappeared. Unfortunately, I had several tabs I was saving. I will try to recover those with your link to "Recovering important data from an old profile. Thanks for the help.
