I followed all the directions to find this but it is just not there. Is there a setting in about: that needs to be changed? I just moved up from the beta track to the aurora track today to see if that works.

Found it in the tools options privacy menu. It was already checked and ready to go.

All the help info seems to be for ff4 or earlier.

I don't know if there are any servers that do something with the DNT=1 header.

Selecting that "do-not-track" setting will only make Firefox send a specific HTTP header (DNT=1) to a web server.
It is up to the server to do something with that request.
