How do I stop Firefox 3.6.6 from automatically adding websites to block to the cookie exceptions list?

I have locked the duplicate post.

I found my solution: you add to about:config the new boolean network.cookie.blockFutureCookies and toggle it to false. The new boolean is added to about:config by right clicking, clicking new, clicking boolean, and typing it in, then setting it to false.
