Whenever I go into certain sites that want to know if I want them to remember my User ID I check the yes box. Next time I go into the site my user ID is not there and I have to renter each time. e.g. https://www.chase.com/, https://www.citicards.com/cards/wv/home.do. Also recently it is not remembering the user ID and passwords of the various sites I enter, e.g. comcast.net email

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== immediately after installing

Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie that you must allow: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Exceptions"

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Cookies" and the "Site Preferences" "Browser History"
