Spectrum Emails are disappearing from my Thunderbird Inbox after downloading. They are on the server.e?
This started almost two months ago. When I open my email on Thunderbird, the inbox fills OK. As I go through the emails at some point, several just disappear from Thunderbird? When I access my emails directly from Spectrum, they are still there, but if I refresh they may disappear.
I paid an expert on Just Answers and he spent over an hour and came back with Spectrum was having issues, they were aware and they were fixing them. I thought the problem was solved, but then it kept on happening. I am losing important documents every day! Please help me!

You paid an expert that was not an expert apparently.
Let us start at the beginning, because I really do not have a lot of luck with Spectrum users or Spectrum.
What is the domain of your email address. I am aware from other posts here that spectrum, apart from offering exceedingly poor support generally they appear to be also is having issues. With their support telling folk to use server names other than the ones they publish on their website to be used with that email domain.

Otherwise I suggest you go to the troubleshooting information on Thunderbird help menu. Press the copy to clipboard button and come back to this topic and paste the information into a reply (Ctrl+V is paste) then we will not have to play 20 questions about how you have Thunderbird set up.
