I have removed an iCloud account from Thunderbird but it keeps asking for the password, I have tried removing all references to the account that I can find including the calendar. Any ideas? Thanks

The message I get is 'https://p116-contacts.icloud.com is requesting your username and password.' and below that is the account name. Does that help?
