This issue is most likely caused by a cookie that has grown too big.
To solve this, click the 3-bar menu on the top right corner of your Mozilla browser, then click "Settings". In the "Settings" page, click "Privacy & Security" that is located on the left sidebar.
From there, scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data". Click "Manage Data" and type in the website (example: xxx.com). From there, click the mayo hospital website row and click "Remove Selected". Afterwards, click "Save Changes" and click "Remove".
