I got this message when I tried opening my e-mail: Firefox does not trust Xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net because its certificate issuer is unknown, the certificate is self-signed, or the server is not sending the correct intermediate certificates. Who is the issuer of the certificate ?

You can check details about the issuer of the certificate and the certificate chain.

  • click the "Advanced" button on the error page to show more detail
  • click the blue "View Certificate" text to inspect the certificate chain in a new tab in the Certificate Viewer
