Printing using different printers crosses user preference paper sizes
I've been seeing an issue where one of my users has 2 types of printers installed that use different size paper, where printing to the main printer works fine, until they print to the label printer. Once that happens the user.prefs show the label printer paper height and width for the main laserjet printer, until manually edited. Once corrected it seems to work fine, until the label printer is used again.
The issue appeared over the weekend, which I believe is when the new update to FireFox was released.

Hi! Can you confirm what version of Firefox they are using? We had some bugs related to print preferences that we hopefully resolved in version 82.0.2. If after updating this bug continues, you can also try clicking the "Clear saved print settings" button in on the about:support page as well. And, failing that, please file a bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org under the Core:Print Settings component and we will take a closer look.
82.0.2 unfortunately doesn't fix the issue for users that were already affected, it only prevents it happening to users who didn't get bitten yet. Once users are affected they should update to 82.0.2, open `about:config`, type in "print_paper", and delete all the shown prefs for the affected printer. That should hopefully fix the issue the next time they print.
Regarding the "Clear saved print settings" button on the `about:support` page, that was only present as of Firefox 83 which hasn't been released yet.
Yes the user is running 82.0.2
I actually followed some information I found on an older thread, and renamed the user.prefs file, so that FireFox would rebuild it.
After the prefs were rebuilt, the same issue occurred. I guess my next step will be to put in a bug report on bugzilla.
A bug report on bugzilla would be better. Can you drop the link to it here once you do that?
I have posted the bug on bugzilla, and attached a 7z archive with the screenshots I posted here.
