Firefox won't start after fresh re-install

Problem = "Firefox is already running but is not responding" error. Firefox does not open a browser window. I uninstalled firefox, deleted the necessary files in the registry and deleted / backed-up all my profiles.

Still doesn't open. I cannot terminate the firefox.exe in the taskmanager. I also tried to open firefox in safe mode.

my profile.ini looks like this after the reinstall :

Hi Wolf_1981, There have been issues lately with Win 7 x64. Try a Clean Install with the 32-bit version. Firefox keeps crashing at startup Scroll down to Try a clean install.
