I have Firefox 64.0 and deleted the most visited bookmark. Looking through the help section the information is for Firefox 62 and downwards but the trick don't work for 64 version. So I was trying to see if it be possible to restore it in this version or help article.

This is a smart bookmarks (places query).

You can create a new bookmark and set name and location (maxResults sets the number of results).

Name: Most Visited
Location: place:sort=8&maxResults=10

Close and restart Firefox to make this bookmark work as a smart folder and give it its special icon.

I'm sorry but I don't understand how your doing this. I posted the place:queryType=0&sort=8&maxResults=10 in the URL field and nothing happens other than a search.

Oh I see nevermind. Thank you.

Such places queries only work as a bookmark, you can't use them in the location bar.
