What Windows operating system and what Firefox version is installed on that computer?

Current Firefox releases require Windows 7 and later. Users on Windows XP and Vista have been moved to the Firefox ESR version.

I do have windows Xp. How do I install esr version when I can't connect to internet. Need lots of "how to " help

You can copy the full Firefox 52.4.0 ESR installer to a USB jump drive ord to a CD/DVD if you like of use some other means (network) to transfer the file.

Does Internet Explorer still work?

Internet explorer does not work either and has not for a while

You should move to the ESR release as suggested and I think you have a Mac, find some way if Apple does something like the Windows DISM command which fixes all broken or corrupted files.

I do not have a mac and I do no know how to find or do all these things you all are telling me. Thanks I just don't know enough to try all these things

Does you have XP SP3 (service pack 3) installed?
