I signed up for a one-off donation to Mozilla but it is being taken out of my account every month. How can I stop this?

I made a £3 one-off donation to the Mozilla Foundation on November 13 but according to my PayPal account £3 payments to Mozilla Foundation have also been made on Nov 29 and Dec 28. PayPal says there is no regular payment agreement so they cannot cancel the payment. How do I stop it?
