How do you change Page Setup from millimeters to inches?
I've tried all the suggested changes to about:config and prefs.js and none work. Is there going to be a fix for this? Thx.

There's something in the print files in Firefox that is broken for the automatic selection of inch / metric measurements. I have seen it mentioned that a fix is forthcoming in Firefox 48.
For now if it is broken for you using 12.7 for 1/2", 9.5 for 3/8" and 6.2 for 1/4" margins.
A change for Electrolysis - e10s in print broke that functionality; a Bug about that regression was filed months ago and it is being worked on.
