I have always been able to load pictures using my camera's image card. Today I had several pictures to load, and I get a message that there are no images to load? This has never happened before

I apologize for taking time.....this was totally my error. I had the incorrect setting on my camera somehow!!?? Took me a while but I got out manual and figured this out - can now load pictures. Thank you for helping.

Thunderbird is my e-mail program. I use pictures from my pictures file and add to an e-mail in Thunderbird.
