my settings in my menu does not have a customized button to import

The menu button has a settings button, but inside the settings button there isn't a customized button to import my bookmarks and history, in order to set up Firefox on my Android Tablet. What to do next?

There is no way to import bookmarks & etc. from a file. Using Firefox Sync will allow you to have access to your bookmarks, history and such. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-up-firefox-sync
