why can't I hear output from radio and other apps
When I first got my firefox os phone the radio worked great but since installing a couple of apps (Recorder and Piano) I can no longer get any sound out of radio or either of the apps, nor my videos, either via speaker or headphone although both speaker and headphones work fine for voice calls still.
Using firefox os 1.3 on ZTE phone

There should be physical volume buttons on either the left or the right of your phone; try those.
If that doesn't work, launch the Settings app, tap Sound, and then drag the Media volume slider to the right.

What happens when you uninstall the two apps you mentioned above?

I uninstalled the two apps and rebooted the phone but made no difference. I don't know how to raise the volume when listening to music, doesn't seem to be anything in settings nor in the radio app for that.
