I am using a Mac with OS 27, current Firefox and current Bitwarden browser extension. I checked help but it advises: First, open the Bitwarden browser extension and go to Settings → Notifications. Verify that the Ask to save and use passkeys option is checked.

I cannot find Settings-Notifications in the Firefox Bitwarden browser extension, nor the Ask to save and use passkeys option.

When I try to save a website passkey to to Bitwarden in a website on Firefox, I get a message that I have to turn on iCloud keychain. However, since I use Bitwarden, I do not use Keychain.

Any way to get around these issues? Thanks J

I was making a purchase with a new company in the UK, in the checkout a popup "SHOP" opened claiming to check it was me by sending a code to my phone which I then entered thinking it was from the company I was buying from. The popup then entered my details, from a purchase in a another company in New Zealand into the form including a NZ delivery address . I deleted this but the account was created with the wrong name .

I have phoned the company they say that they do not use any popups and the problem must be in the Firefox browser, how do I find this popup software and disable it.

I use an old Mac mini. 5 months ago I got a Firefox update. After that the extension Read Aloud no longer works correctly. If I am on a webpage and try to have the extension Read Aloud read it initially it will work when I open Firefox. However if I try to jump through the article it immediately freezes. At that point it will not work for any webpage unless I close the browser and then reopen it.

I also have the extension Read Aloud on my Chrome browser. When I use Chrome it works correctly. I normally use Firefox. However now if I want the computer to read to me, I have to take the extension in Firefox and past it in Chrome.

I currently use Firefox 158.0 64 bit. However this problem occurred at least 4-5 earlier versions.

Recently when I upload files into my email it does remember the last folder I uploaded from? I have to reclick through multiple folders to get back to the one file folder where I was last. This is new. The only changes I have done is updated to the latest Mozilla browser and added the duck duck go plugin.

I should also say I am not tech savvy at all!
