As I was downloading a video from Google Photos, it showed the yellow by the download arrow and said it failed. I tried multiple file types: mpeg, jpeg, mp4, exe. I googled what to do and my answer was: Disable extensions, start in safe mode, clear cookies, clear history, clear download history. I did all that and I can still not download. I restarted my computer and nothing changed. on FF version 136.0.2

How can I get rid of that pesky and annoying window that slides onto my display when I touch the left side of my display when I'm using Firefox? How can I let whoever is initially responsible for it know I think it stinks!

Hello 1) How can I stop Google pop-ups? Each time I open a homepage that requires a log-in, a Google pop-up is disturbing and presses me to log-in via Google. This is harassment. I do not want to be harassed. 2) Firefox support: Each time I would like to get an answer, that is what I want, when I ask for support, I have do a lot of work until I get the bottom to contact you. Time is money, for me too. Where is the direct button to ask? 3) When I got an answer from you, is there a way I can store my questions and your answers? I have Dark Reader installed and it works perfectly almost anywhere, but ironically, Firefox' support forum itself comes out all white regardless if it's on or off?

I'm on OpenSuse Leap 15.6 with KDE Plasma 5.27.11.

The other day I discovered all my extensions have been disabled. I have an old Mac and am not able to upgrade to a newer version of Firefox. Is Mozilla going to offer a solution for people like me who find their preferred browser to now be frustrating and inefficient? I would love to restore my add-ons. Thank you.

Hello, I lost all of my bookmarks in Firefox from a big error on my part. I really need these back. I think they are in a file named "places.sqlite" which is 5,120kb in size. How can I get the info from this file to put back in my Firefox bookmarks? Or how can I see what's in this file? Thanks for any help. Woodrow Gray

I tried to login to my account with my email address, but it pops out to ask mw to create a new account. How wierd is that?! I follow the previous registration confirmation email last year and trace my account. I can clearly see that the email address is the one I try to login with. how is that happen? can i get my data back?

BTW, I create the recovery key through the website. The problem is how I login my account in the APP.

Hi, I just installed the latest update (I think it's 136.0.2). I guess I skipped some/several versions. Suddenly my main menu isn't workin anymore (clicking it with the mouse, that is) There is some overlay which I can't find out, how to remove. Even the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons don't have any function. Luckily I can still access the menu via keyboard shortcuts. How can I remove that overlay bar ... or did I catch some malware ?
