Ich habe die Firefox-Einstellungen von einem alten Windows10 Rechner auf den neuen Windows11 PC mit den Profildateien übertragen, hat gut geklappt.. Jetzt hatte ich die Meldung erhalten " der Treiber cpuz419_x64.sys konnte nicht installiert werden wegen möglicher Virus-Gefährdung", als Abhilfe wurde angeboten die Ker-Sicherung auszuschlaten. Das habe ich mir nicht getraut. Als weitere Info erschien eine Seite, auf der "Windows10" unterstrichen war. Könnte das alte Profil dem Rechner vorgaukeln, dass ich Windows 10 nutze?bold text

I installed update 149 and since then, the VPN (NORDVPN) often will not start up and I have to restart the computer. If this cannot be fixed, I would like to go back to the previous version which gave me no trouble. thanks Brian

Firefox only works properly if my VPN location is in Canada, but I'm in the US. If I switch my VPN to a US location (where I live), Firefox often does not work properly. I get news, ads, etc., that assume I'm Canadian. And often a website will not open. I need my VPN location in the US to access any site I normally do.

Some URLs e.g. Costco.ca, amazon.ca etc will not load. I use FF and also have Chrome, Edge that have the same problem. One must assume that it is a settings problem with my Bosgame/Ryzen7 PC.

I am wondering if it is possibly caused by FF with all the safety build into it's design.? I have tried many items regarding the situation.

Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich Esset home auf meinen Computer und mein Tablett installiert. Immer wenn ich das Internet (FireFox) öffne kommt die Warnmeldung "Sicheres Banking & Surfen ist erst nach einem Neustart des Computers voll funktionsfähig." Den Neustart habe ich bereits mehrmals veranlasst. Die Warnmeldung kommt aber immer wieder. Was soll ich machen? Bin ich beim OnlineBanking und Surfen nicht sicher?

Randomly but now very frequent when I type into the search box for a known site Norton is blocking and saying " Protocol Error Unable to open the site" Recommends contacting Firefox" Norton message says We prevented your connection to orbitsearchonline.com because of dangerous webpage. But I have never tried to connect to this website. This started after the new update to Firefox about a week ago. Can you help please.

My computer is running very slowly since I updated my Mac with Sequoia OS. I use Firefox . I have ATT/Yahoo mail service. Could it be related to Norton? What is the fix? What is the best high security search engine home page to use on my mac with Sequoia OS?

I have been unable to access any secure sites since I installed Norton 360 Antivirus. Whenever I try to access a secure site I receive the reply: Secure Connection Failed Error: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR I have tried all of the repairs listed on the internet but none have corrected the fault. I have also tried disabling Norton but also without success I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing Firefox but without success Can you suggest any other methods to correct this fault

I continually get error messages for webpages. I turn off my VPN, clear my history. Not sure what else I need to do. Last one was the webpage for Lindt Chocolate. Come on. Why am I getting error messages for this? I have been on this page before. There are other places also, like Macys. Getting fed up with Firefox.

hello team, I currently locate in China. days ago i have tried a vpn called "Veee". since then i could not log in many websites. i have asked Veee team but they say they dont know. it really sucks. i also asked AI tool but none of the method works. i think the vpn has changed some settings of my Firfox. because i can actually log in those websites with Edge. but i only want to use firefox. the errors either "cant connect" or something like refusing my access. please help. i love you guys.

As mentioned, When google email account is open, opening another operative window, firefox automatically closes the email account. Why is this ? This looks to me as a possible bug or IE security program intervening to avoid cross connectivity and security violations between other opened windows. Correct ? This is annoying as an R&D engineer it is common to work with several opened windows. Any solutions or fixes ? rJ

I'm using lasted version of Firefox Desktop and also using Kaspersky VPN. Whenever vpn is deactivated I cannot connect some websites. I just clicked and nothing happens. But if i tried with activated vpn, it's connecting.

I was trying to solve this problem but cant find solution.

PS. I did try on other browsers(Edge and Opera). I just connecting whatever is vpn status.

I am living in China and I used to be able to use a VPN with firefox without any problems.

Several months ago, I was suddenly only able to browse if I switched the VPN on (previously, it worked with or without (depending on whether the website was accessible from China).

I have recently changed VPN providers and now firefox doesn't browse at all.

Is there anything I should change in the settings?
