Since about mid january, the language of documents at my homebank, is switched from the original danish langguage, to english. With Google Chrome browser, it is still danish. See attached scree print. Left originl danish, right - strange - english. As far as I have found out, there was a SW update of Firefox late January, that could have introduced this fault. I have had contact to Homebank supporter, of course. Their first question was: Switch to danish langue. But is is, as it has been foir several years. Please help me! Also I have some other minor problems, as many homepages do not test changes with Firefox. I do not want to list it here! So I ask you to make less special SW for Firefox, otherwise you will lose many users. It is NOT OK as it is.

I thought that firefox would be more reliable than google chrome. For some reason, I am having now problems like accessing my youtube account and other things that worked fine before. There are other sites I can no longer access and I am wondering whether that has something to do with your service.

After a recent change the browser scroll always goes to the bottom of the page. Before it was always at the top of the page. I found no way in Firefox to reset this function.

I'm using Firefox as my default browser, and I saw a link preview for YouTube (on tumblr, if it matters) that displayed the message 'Your browser is deprecated. Please upgrade' instead of the actual video title. What does this mean?

Hi everyone, I have a problem on my PC with firefox. I don't have this problem on chrome. When i go to google maps on my PC, my default location is set to Dublin instead of Amiens (France) Could you help me to have my correct default location back ? Thank you

My shortcuts disappeared. They were there this morning. I let my laptop go into standby and, when I woke it up again, the shortcuts were gone.

I have checked my settings and the correct toggles have been toggled. This happened not too long ago and they came back, so I'm not at all sure what the issue is.

Now the latest update solves the problem of autoplay on YouTube can something be done about viewing the whole site? Videos take forever to load or generally never load and when they do all it shows on the page is the video and nothing else.

I go to my YT history and the page will not load. YT at times says I am offline when in fact I am not because I am also at the same time,while waiting for YT to load, viewing articles and videos on Yahoo and MSN as well as other sites.

This has only started today, March 12th.

I’m running into a frustrating issue where Firefox is opening PDFs in two places at once.

The Problem: When I click a PDF link, Firefox opens the file in a new tab (internal viewer) but also launches the standalone Adobe Acrobat app to display the same file. I only want it to open in Firefox.

Details: - Settings: My "Applications" setting for PDF is currently set to "Always Ask." - The Glitch: Even when I manually select "Open in Firefox" from the prompt, Adobe Acrobat launches anyway. - Timeline: This started happening 2 days ago without any manual setting changes (I think it might be after a firefox update? I might be mistaken)

- Troubleshooting done: I have tried toggling the action to "Open in Firefox" directly, but the dual-launch behavior persists.

A user I am servicing uses Firefox every day. They are on Windows 11. Every afternoon (sometimes at other times), Firefox stops working and loses its internet connection (everything else on their computer continues to be connected).  When they close and restart Firefox to reconnect, it then tells me the user that they are using an old profile and need to create a new one.  They're able to re-log into their Firefox account, which eventually resyncs all their data, but they then have to re-sign into everything, which is a major inconvenience.  The only workaround the I have found is to reinstall Firefox, ever time this happens which then allows the user to use all their settings until they have to repeat the process the next day (i.e., everything remains signed in and/or logging back in is easier than described above).

Thank you for the help! I'm wondering if other AI chatbots, Lumo, in particular, will continue to be added as options to the updated sidebar? An unofficial extension exists (https://codeberg.org/daskashk/lumo_ai_by_proton_chat_in_sidebar) that adds the ability for a link to appear in the sidebar. However, it does not offer the full integration that the official browser update provides to the other supported LLMs. I like Lumo for its privacy, encryption, and the ability to make "Projects." Thanks again for the help.

when I clicked on firefox icon today, bing browser appeared and I was not able to use firefox until I downloaded firefox again. I would like to restore the firefox I was using, I had several windows open and my passwords stored there. please advise
