This product use to be simple. But now will not let me see the whole layout . Have to chase it across back to the begining. Been with this program over 15 years. Now i Hate it! Arthur Lovett as my father would say Keep it Simple and workable.

I have read the Refresh Firefox instructions that appear in the "Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings" Firefox support webpage, including the "saved items" and "removed items" section.

Over time, I have made a number of changes in the "about:config" section of my Firefox browser.

Q: Would a Refresh of my Firefox browser affect any of these "about:config" changes?

Q: Is there a way that I can create a list of all "about:changes" that I have made?

I have been using Thunderbird email for years. Recently, I have gotten this error message: Connection to server mail.5starpros.com:465 failed. I have checked all the settings and they are right for my domain. I called the hosting service to check for email on their end and everything is fine. This message is blocking my domain at 5starpros.com. But, in Outlook on the same computer the same email address is working just fine. Thunderbird has the same settings and is getting my email. Is like my PC is blocking my email address. Can anyone help me with this. It is very distressing.

On my wifes PC Firefox appears to be doing random things. First the screen turned pink, then the taskbar icon has a gear-wheel overlaying it, and she is unable to do anything, like logging into zoom. Google searches work but clicking on any link goes nowhere and just sits. Is there a way of returning to it's previous boring but appreciated habit of just working, without uninstalling and re-installing from scratch please? thanks (she is currently using our fallback laptop in her office so I can't access her pc for an hour or so.)

I received a spam message this morning that had a "Disposition-Notification-To" (aka Read Receipt) line that had MY email address on it. I honestly don't know why a spammer would do this - but that's not the issue. I have Read Receipts disabled, but Thunderbird generated an email (to me) and sent it to my mail host. This seems like a bug. Even if the Read Receipt has my email address on it (making it mostly harmless), Thunderbird shouldn't have generated the message. Or am I missing something? Thanks.

The email address box does not accept the email address and comes up with an error message. The only way to send an email is to use a different browser ie Google. Emails are still received as normal on Firefox / BT mail

I have discovered Major problem with Firefox which affects the use of my btinternet.com email account . Since the recent update I am no longer able to add the contact name to a new email which I wish to compose automatically from my contacts (I am required to type it in full. I can still do it, with the shortcut of typing in the first 3 letters, when using other browsers such as Google or Edge or the Outlook muti mail account service but generally prefer Firefox. If this situation prevails I will ditch Firefox as speed of communication and addressing is of the essence to me. Are Firefox aware and are they correcting things?

Could any settings have been altered by the update - which contribute to my problem?

Recently the reels in my Facebook newsfeed will be black and not play when clicked on. All workarounds have been tried. These included , Restart machine ( laptop Dell Lattitude E 5530)( I know, ancient. Windows 10) go to settings in Firefox, Privacy and Security then clear cookies and cache. This works, the reels play, until I visit another website, then the issue is back. Simply going to Settings and clearing does not work. The entire flow has to be redone. I had my Internet Security remote control and invesigate. Same thing. We uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled to no avail. Is there any fix for this? Thanks. When I open the sentmail folder, I want the receiptants name (email address) to show in the list of emails sent instead of my name (email address). How do I resolve this?

For some reason all my emails contained in the inbox keep moving to the trash box by themselves. I have to manually move them back to the inbox. This includes read and unread messages. anyone know how to stop this? V 152.0 64 bit.

For some time now (a few months), whenever I visit Amazon sites, I’ve been noticing a strange phenomenon I’ve never experienced before.

After performing a search, within a few seconds of the selected product’s page opening, it redirects to a different product page.

Usually, it always redirects to the same product page. Very rarely, it might redirect to another similar product page.

What is causing this issue?

This problem doesn’t occur in other browsers.

I need your assistance regarding password protection for the Thunderbird email client.

I have configured an IMAP account in Thunderbird and enabled the **Primary Password** feature. However, if I cancel or skip the password prompt during startup, Thunderbird still opens successfully, and all previously synchronized email messages in the Inbox remain accessible. The user is also able to view the mailbox and access email content.

My requirement is that "Thunderbird should not open, display any email messages or allow Send/Receive operations unless the correct password is entered".

Could you please advise if this functionality is supported natively or suggest the recommended approach to achieve this?
