The "Import and Backup" tab shows while history is selected, even though it only backs up bookmarks.

Can lead to people deleting their history thinking they have backed it up.

This is about how the Library works, it combines Bookmarks including Tags and History including the Download history in one window. The "Backup..." save file window clearly shows the "Bookmarks backup filename" label.
