Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties accessing a specific website in Firefox. Based on the error message you're encountering ("Hmm. We can't find that page..."), it seems like there might be an issue with the website itself or with your network connection.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues when accessing websites. You can clear the cache by going to the Firefox menu (three horizontal lines in the top-right corner) > Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.

Disable extensions: Some browser extensions or add-ons might interfere with website access. You can try disabling all extensions temporarily and then check if you can access the website. If the issue is resolved, you can enable the extensions one by one to identify the culprit.

Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. You can try accessing other websites to see if the issue is specific to the particular website or if it persists across multiple sites.

Try a different browser: To determine if the issue is specific to Firefox, you can try accessing the website using a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Regarding the security warning you mentioned, it's possible that the website you're trying to access does not have a valid SSL certificate, which can cause the "your connection to the site is not secure" message. However, this doesn't necessarily indicate a problem with Firefox itself.

If the issue persists after trying the above steps, you can provide more information about your Firefox version, operating system, and any error messages you receive, and I'll be glad to assist you further.
