I'm not able to any DRM content on my Firefox. It's playing properly on Chrome as well as Prime Video apps on my Windows. I tried submitting crash reports from my account.

I tried reading Get help section, but most of the doubts were on MacOS.

It has been happening with the latest update for last 1 month. It was working earlier as expected.

I've already tried reinstalling Firefox on my Windows, but It didn't work.

If this is a login site causing this others on here whom don't have access to that site will not be able to verify the issue.
