I have FFx synced across 3 computers and a cell. One is a laptop and it is well secured should it walk. But even though the cell is fingerprint secured, I'd like to be able to disable a few passwords. Can that be done just on the cell leaving the computers intact?

No, it isn't possible to have exceptions for Sync and only sync selected logins. Using Sync is all or nothing for each of the engine items you sync.
