i can no longer access online backing through Firefox. When i place my name and password in the boxes i get directed to an "authentication" screen and nothing happens. The back indicates the condition is not caused by them.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
