Why is touch sensitivity in Firefox so bad?
I installed Firefox on my Android device and find that the touch sensitivity is very bad. In contrast to Chrome, where sensitivity is great, I have to tap links several times before anything happens. This is NOT a touch sensitivity issue of the phone because all the other apps work fine. The problem only happens with Firefox. Extremely frustrating to the point where I am now being forced to use Chrome for certain websites. Has anybody else experienced this and is there a solution? Not a fan of anything Google and please don't suggest getting an iPhone.

Hi kosimek
I have not experienced this myself, but I am also not a fan of Chrome and do not worry, I am not going to suggest an iPhone (I am a big Android fan!).
Have you tried this issue in the new Firefox Preview browser? It is built differently and you may not find that sensitivity is so much of an issue. I personally find it to be much more responsive.
I hope this helps.
Thanks Seburo. I am not a Beta type guy. Will try it when done and add-ons are available. Thanks for letting me know. Cheers
No problem. Firefox Preview is a "preview" but I am sure that there are more features and fixes to come.
