My firefox will sometimes start going very slowly which also slows down my whole computer then I'll close out firefox either through task manager or clicking the 'x' then a bit later after it finally closes I get a crash report. Not sure how to figure out the cause. I'll upload some screenshots. Any help is much appreciated.

A ShutDownKill normally means that something in Firefox was not responding properly.

What were you doing at the time? Any problems?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Just let the browser sit there for 5-10 minutes. Then close it. Is the problem still there?
