Download the "latest version" link doesn't work in v60
I received a message earlier today that Thunderbird (v60) was unable to update.
I later tried to check for updates, so I went to the About Mozilla Thunderbird menu/screen. Is says Download the "latest version". I click on the "latest version" link and nothing happens.
I'm running on Windows 10 Pro as a standard user.
What should I do?

It was disabled for a few hours while we worked out a problem. All is well now.
The About screen no longer shows that an update is available, but I have another popup (see attached) saying that a recommended security and stability update is available and that I need to be admin to install it. Does that sound correct? I'm currently logged in as a standard Win10 user.
