Win 7 Home TBird 31.2.0

Thunderbird continues to only download one email repeatedly. It appears a legit email with no attachments. Thunderbird shows "downloading 1 of 988...then stops)....

What I have done: Cleared server of emails Deleted popstate.dat (deleting this does trigger redownload of a thousand or so emails, but same problem occurs) deleted inbox.msf created new account in thunderbird and pointed it to the same server, with same result.

Any ideas?

Thanks, L

Your looking in the wrong program. Disable email scanning in your anti virus. Reboot your computer and try again. You can turn it back on after the mail downloads as it is a single mail it is barfing on. alternatively you could delete the next mail in the que using webmail. But that mail might be in your web mails spam folder or any other folder.
