TB will not send or receive emails with my pktriot.net site link, but sends any other URL link. I want to have someone preview my wordpress site and i created a Packetriot account to do so online. I have found that my pktriot.net links are never received. Further, if I send the pktriot.net link from my Gmail account to my TB email, I never receive it, but if I send the same link to another gmail account it goes through just fine. If I send the link as a "pktriot dot net" it will go to my TB email account, but clients do not want to manipulate an email to view the site. As stated previously, any other URL to any other site works fine, ONLY my pktriot.net link fails to send or be received. Am I missing something here? Thank you for any help you may have to offer.

It seems you have created a website and want to include a link in your emails to that website. Has the website gone live ? If yes, then it might be useful to know what you are putting in the link data.

  • In a new Write message, type some text and then insert a link.
  • Click on 'Insert' and select 'Link'
  • In small box type the text you want to display such as 'My Website'
  • then enter the 'Link location' info which is something like this: http://www.anje.co.uk

Before you click on OK - post an image to show what it is you entering in the Link Properties window. So we know there are no errors at that point.

Are you trying to create a link in the content of the email or are you trying to create a signature which includes a link to your website? I'm asking because inserting a link into an email content is not necessarilly the same process as you would use when creating a signature.

If you have an email with link and you click on 'Send' - how do you know it has not been sent ? Do you have a copy in your Sent folder ? Do you get a pop up error or a mailor daemon email saying not delivered etc? If yes, then please post an image of that error as the information may be helpful.
