I had a similar issue before. Have you checked your email settings to make sure everything is correct, like spam filters or blocking settings? Also, if you’re using two-factor authentication, sometimes the code can get delayed or lost in transit. If you are setting up a Mozilla Account, you need a working email address that doesn't block messages from Mozilla. If your regular email provider isn't suitable, you can create a new account with Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, or another provider.

i went through the entire spam blocker and it is not there. I have not blocked any firefox/mozilla email at all. please help.
