Stop daily emails from a company

I once bought an item from a company by the name of Autumnook Since then everyday I get an email for some bunch of products they want to sell, of no interest to me. There is an Unsubscribe on the bottom of each mail, but it has no effect.

The only email is the 'reply' address support@autumnook.com I have emailed many times - you get an automated 'we will respond within 2 working days' .. and nothing else. On their website the only contact listed is the same support@autumnook.com

Any suggestions how I can get these mails stopped  ?

You could set up a folder and then use a filter to direct all emails there. But TB doesn't have kill-filters. Your online interface from your Email Provider may have. The Filters are at Hamburger (top right)/Tools/Message Filters

You cannot stop these emails, but you can create a filter to delete them. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/organize-your-messages-using-filters#w_create-a-new-filter

This could look like: From Is support@autumnook.com Action: Delete Message
