access denial
I have been having problem with accessing my email box. The mail has not been responding on my laptop for about a week now. However i can open using my phone. How can i get back my access to my email account through my laptop? Help me to get access to my email ([edited] @hotmail.com) on my laptop as i used to until about a week now?

Did you try in Firefox Private Mode Browser to verify no Addon was blocking the access.
You could check that the address hasn't changed by searching for the website.
The problem may be caused by corrupt cookies so you could try deleting those. If that doesn't work, try 'forgetting' the website. Right-click it in history and select "Forget about this site".
