Couldnt get message in help switch to mobil on home and came up with this so. Trouble signin to royal bank canada works with MS IE but not FF RBC help said restall FF. NO good install old ver3 still trouble. RBC has secondary questions at sihnin. second page comes up and shows ques for 1/2 second then signs me out auto. Ive used FF for years now and no trouble now trouble with use and report trouble?? I cant remeber if I used FF with latest ver. Dont want to use IE but will have to. Phone number would be good to call for help as I cant type good. Thanks - Emmett

Firefox 3.0 is an ancient version which dates to 2008 - 10 years old. Install a newer version of Firefox and see if your bank will allow you to signin.

Sorry, there is no phone # for Firefox support. It's this forum or Facebook, Twitter, or Reddit as the other Firefox support options that I an aware of.
