Messages started appearing on one of our computers today Are they real?

The messages in the attached file and others started appearing on one of our computers today. They look like they are from Mozilla Firefox. They have URLs to click on. Are they real or some sort of hack? If a hack, I hope you can help me stop them from happening. Please respond to [redacted] and also [redacted from community support forum] THANKS!!!

The image shows these are just Web Push Notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications. Instead of useful information some may send you junk, spam, or fake virus/trojan alerts etc. You can revoke the sites from send you notifications as shown in kb article link.
