Unable to make Purchases on Firefox
Hello. I frequently shop at particular store and have never had a problem.
Now, it's off and on. One order will go through with the help of their customer service (doing a direct purchase). Then a few weeks later I don't have a problem and can order without assistance. Now, once again, I can't purchase anything. Once my credit card goes through my address disappears. Then I add my address again and then my credit card is deleted. When my address or my credit card is deleted the order has in bold red letters telling me to add it again. I've tried Chrome after Firefox had issues but it had an issue too.
Is there something I can disable while I shop? I'm not having any problems with any other sites. Thank you!

Hi,
We're sorry to hear that the page doesn't work as expected. In order to look for the root cause, please follow the steps below and provide us with more information to troubleshoot your issue.
- Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield
icon at the left of the address bar.
- If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
- If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache. Does it help?
- If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website). Does it help?
- If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?
Hi! Thanks for coming to help. I'm still having problems. I've attached the screenshot of the error that I get after I put in my credit card information. I didn't send another screenshot, but along with this error, if I were able to complete my purchase because the app saved "my cart"
I've tried what you suggested: I checked the EPT. It didn't fix it.
The problem remains after clearing my cache, history and cookies. What tnformation do you need? I'm happy to cooperate. I appreciate you. Thank you!
