I updated Firefox and all my plugins except for Grammarly were deleted, I saw another post talking about going into profile folder but I couldn't find anything about that

I tried going into Extensions but couldn't find anything

C:\Users\Abdul\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\t1cwi97b.default-release
