Doxy.me not working on Firefox

Firefox will not work with Doxy.me, the video service that you use for talking with a doctor, also some video do not work. I have to use Chrome for Doxy.me.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
