I just recently installed the VPN on Firefox. It hadn't shown up because of my privacy settings. It works fine except for the United States connection. When I choose the other countries, it works fine, but when I choose United States, it still shows Japan (where I live). It still shows Japan, but it does have an effect. It changes it to Tokyo, where I don't live. So, the vpn is having some effect, but it is just not connecting to the United States. Why is that?

How can the Firefox VPN start automatically at startup? The instructions say open VPN, click settings, then click settings, but I cannot find where is "connect VPN on startup."

Assigning to a server for VPN takes unusual long - many server seem not to be available; new cities are shown, which I never saw before if I sign up for Amsterdam - my browser shows Teheran this is strange what should I do?

See above. Also, I can't get into this and most other websites except by turning of your Mozilla VPN. Please fix this or tell me how to do it.

Free VPN worked for several months..now cannot open it...keeps going in a circle when I try. Many other people are having the same problem...see your list. Please help us.

My Firefox browser shows the built-in icon (x VPN) in the upper right of the screen. If I click on the icon it starts the process that results in successfully logging into my mozilla account and the screen prints out the following: Next: Turn on VPN

One more step to boost your browser’s privacy. Go to the open panel and turn it on.

But the screen shows no open panel! If I click on the (x VPN) again, the process starts over.

I have checked Settings > Privacy & Security and made sure that the entry "Allow Firefox to improve features, performance, and stability between updates" is checked. I have made sure that browser.ipProtection.enabled is set to true; browser.ipProtection.everOpenedPanel is set to false; and I see no entry for browser.ipProtection.openedPanelWithLocation.

I have signed out completely from the Mozilla account, restarted the browser, and logged back in to restart the process using (x VPN) but it still doesn't work.

Can you safely run Norton VPN (WireGuard) and Firefox VPN at the same time on the same Windows device. Is there any increased risk of routing collisions, adapter conflicts, DNS leaks, dropped connections, or other issues for using both.
