How can the Firefox VPN start automatically at startup? The instructions say open VPN, click settings, then click settings, but I cannot find where is "connect VPN on startup."

Hi,

Unfortunately, right now you can't set the VPN to enable automatically on Firefox startup. However, you are very welcome to suggest this idea on Mozilla Connect.

To update this thread, I recently found out that you can set the VPN to start automatically on startup by setting the browser.ipProtection.autoStartEnabled preference to true on the about:config page.

Note that there are also some other useful preferences, such as browser.ipProtection.autoStartPrivateEnabled (autostart in private windows) and browser.ipProtection.autoRestoreEnabled (persistent VPN state across browser restarts).
