I have a new macbook air using the latest OS and a new brother printer. Firefox and the new printer are my defaults and I am unable to print from Firefox. I am able to print from Safari. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on.

I'd like to use my Mozilla VPN on a new GL.iNet Slate 7 travel router, which has OpenWrt + OpenVPN firmware. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F2MR53D6) Their instructions say if I want to use any VPN other than Nord, I need to get an OpenVPN config file from my VPN provider and upload it to the router.

So I started up just now and when I started firefox it asked me what profile I wanted to use. I have only ever used one profile but I do believe there are some default ones as I seem to remember seeing multiple ones when I did some customizing awhile back.

Anyways I chose the one I always use and it loaded fine but I noticed in my task bar that the icon now shows a small profile icon.

I want the firefox icon there but I DO NOT want the profile icon on top of the icon as so many icons will pop up showing how many alerts you have and such and I DO NOT need a useless alert on the icon telling me which profile I am using.

I posted a screen shot of what my icon now looks like where as this morning before an apparent update it just showed the normal firefox icon.

So is there a way to remove that profile icon from the firefox icon?

Also I have noticed on my right click menu where I can select to open in a new tab and such it has also added grouping features to group tags. Is there a way to remove these unwanted options as I DO NOT want to group my tabs and it's annoying when I accidentally click that option instead of the new tab option. So for this is there a way to remove certain menu items that I do not need or want? I also added a screen shot for that menu question as well

My spellcheck is stuck in US english and has been for months, I have several different dictionaries downloaded (both australian english and british english) and none of this is fixing the problem, I have looked at several other help questions with similar problems but all the advice is things I have already done. Please help for this is driving me crazy and I cannot deal with it constantly telling me my spelling is incorrect only for it to actually be correct for me

Canadian provinces of BC, AB, and MB are all moving to new timezones on Nov 1, 2026.

Firefox still does not support any of the new timezones. This will break automatic timezone support for many applications, if not addressed immediately.

For the new timezone: Pacific Time (British Columbia): - Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolvedOptions().timeZone returns "Etc/GMT+8" instead of the expected value 'America/Vancouver' - new Date().getTimezoneOffset() returns 480 instead of the expected 420

There is only a few days left to address this issue. What is the rollout plan for the required updates?

If you navigate away from the Instagram page on Firefox on Mac and come back, the page is blank. You have to reload it every time. This is happening on other sites too?

How does one get support????

I have been using Firefox for many years and have been very pleased with this as my first option for a browser; however with the recent upgrade at the Bank of America site, I can no longer use my password manager on the BoA site. The extension has been uninstalled and reinstalled, yet the password manager, Dashlane, autofill will not work on Firefox. I have tried two other browsers, Chrome and Edge and both sites work effectively with Dashlane. Any suggestions on what options there might be to have Firefox functional again. I tried changing the Enhanced Tracking Protection to off and that does not work either and it auto defaults back to on, when I log off. Thanks

Movies and shows available in Amazon Prime will no longer stream. The Play button is stuck in loading mode.

I have checked to see that all the appropriate settings are as they should be. Play DRM-controlled content is checked off. Google Widevine is active. Last week, I could happily stream. Now I cannot.

When I copy the Amazon Prime URL into Microsoft Edge, everything works as it should and I can stream.

Please help me figure out why this is happening (other than a bug in the latest upgrade???).

I did not remember having an adobe account. I always used reader.

I have several picture files which will not open. They cover several years. Probably several hundred pictures. They come up as PDF files and do not open when clicked on.

i turned the machine off last night as normal. turned on this morning and you had signed me out... why? i had all the pages open i needed and everything was normal. i eventually after not getting answers else where signed back in after a typing error.. but i cannot restore last nights session what is or was the problem im back in but something doesnt feel right

i have the VPN on and location UK but site after site when i want to watch content im told content is not available in your location i know there is not that problem inthe uk
