Being signed out of your Mozilla account doesn't normally erase your open tabs, so these may be two separate issues. 1. Click History > Restore Previous Session. You can also check History > Recently Closed Windows. 2. If those options aren't available, avoid closing Firefox again for now. Your previous session might still be recoverable from the profile's sessionstore-backups folder. You can open your profile folder by entering about:support in the address bar and clicking Open Folder. See Mozilla's session restore guide.
Can you check whether Restore Previous Session is available or grayed out in the History menu?
Thankyou.. all is fine now...after sign ins confirmation emails codes bla bla bla... all is well.. my issue is... what did it sign me out for? Its the first time i have ever signed into a browser and gave it such trust.. so naturally im a little concerned that i had those problems this morning without making any changes to my system and their were no updates. I delayed signing back in as i was quite concerned at this, as to why and how Firefox can just boot you out and interrupt your day and potentially stop you accessing your stuff.
