When I click onto the Facebook Email from them a message comes up "Problem loading page cannot communicate securely with peer no common encryption algorithms"
The problem has just happened in last few days. If I go onto Internet Explorer I don't have a problem. The same problem arises when I try to get info from Google. No other websites are a problem.

Hello Barance, do you have ESET security suite or antivirus ? If yes, then find Advanced setup > Expand Web and email Protocol filtering > SSL > select Do not scan SSL protocol > OK.
thank you
You can also check the connection settings.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network : Connection > Settings
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Options+window+-+Advanced+panel
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
See "Firefox connection settings":
