Im a web developer and i made a mistake, i wrote a 301 redirect ! I looked to overcome the problem in other ways but i can't, i need that url on that server, i need to remove/refresh the cache, i tryed many solutions --from the built in clear cache to a phisical file removal-- but none worked.

Solution: 1) Search with some tools like grepWin in the directory %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox the url 2) Find that a third pary extension isn't working properly 3) Clear every record of that url 4) et voilà, problem solved
